Summer is here, and June brought a handful of updates we’re excited to share - from product releases to a hot day at IKOM on the TUM campus. PocketQuery readers can filter and sort large result tables without leaving the page, Lively Blogs introduces My Feed for personal content streams, and Atlassian Team ’26 Europe is heading to Amsterdam in October.
PocketQuery: Filter and sort result tables on the page

Large PocketQuery tables on Confluence reporting pages are useful - until you need to find one specific row. Exporting to Excel or stacking multiple macros to work around that gets old fast. PocketQuery result tables can now show filter controls right on the page, so readers narrow rows themselves without re-running the query or leaving Confluence.
Authors configure filters per macro in the Filters tab - dropdown, freetext, number, date, search, and many other options. Readers can also sort columns by clicking table headers, and sorting works together with active filters. That makes it much easier to focus on the rows that matter on dashboards and reporting pages with dozens or hundreds of entries.

Lively Blogs: A Confluence feed that’s actually yours
Confluence has a lot of content. Finding the parts that matter to you usually means opening ten spaces, scanning label lists, or hoping someone forwarded the right post. My Feed in Lively Blogs changes that: set up subscription rules once, filter by spaces, labels, or authors, and get a personal stream of matching blog posts and pages on your dedicated My Feed page.

The homepage feed now has a dropdown to switch between Company Feed, My Feed, and Read Later - so each person’s Confluence dashboard feels relevant to them, not just to the team. A My Feed macro is also available to embed your personal stream anywhere on a page.
Atlassian Team ’26 Europe: See you in Amsterdam?

Atlassian’s flagship European conference lands in Amsterdam from 6-8 October 2026. Team ’26 Europe brings together Atlassian customers, teams, and partners for keynotes, breakout sessions, product demos, networking - and yes, a party.
Early bird tickets are available now. Register soon to secure the best rate on your pass.
IKOM 2026: Hot day, great vibes at TUM Garching

On June 23, we were at IKOM at TUM Campus Garching - Germany’s largest career fair for students. It was a hot summer day, but that didn’t dampen the mood, ours or yours. Thank you for the great conversations, genuine interest, and amazing energy you brought to our booth.
Students stopped by to hear what it’s really like to work at Lively Apps, see what we’re building, and meet Mila - our AI colleague and personalized assistant who’s already part of the team. And yes, there was ice cream to help everyone cool down. (Can a career fair even happen without ice cream?)
